How to set up registration |
Step 1
Go to the kiosk in the Church porch or a Kids Work tablet and open the Check-In app. Select the session you need.

To register a child start typing their name into the search bar. For multiple children with the same surname, search by the surname first and then you can select them all before registering.

Scroll down to choose the appropriate child/children from the list and then select 'Register.' Names are automatically added to their age group register. You should then see 'Success' and 'Thank you!' messages.

The kiosk prints a child's name sticker.

The kiosk also prints a parent/carer pick-up sticker with a QR code. Note: both stickers display a unique session number for that child.
How to add a visitor
Step 1
If the child's name is not listed in ChurchSuite, 'Add as a visitor?' replaces the 'Register' button. Select the '+.'

Step 2
Ask the parent/carer to complete the visitor form. All boxes must be filled including 'Medical Notes' which are displayed on the name sticker.

You can then add the child to the register.

How to register with a QR code
Step 1
Alternatively parents/carers can register and check-out their children by scanning a QR code using the ChurchSuite app on their smart phone.
